Good health is the most valued prize we have. Without good health, our lives become very difficult. Learning to maintain good health is the primary focus at Shin's Martial Arts Institute, and Grandmaster Shin has developed and modified many simple exercises to specifically target developement of good health. While all of our classes incorporate these ideas into everything we do, we also teach these exercises specifically in group or private lessons. By combining a highly nutritious diet along with exercises from Sun Ki Do, we are sure our students will experience better health.
